Mission

The Ocean State Climbers' Alliance (OSCA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, volunteer climbers' organization that works to preserve, and maintain access to, climbing areas in Rhode Island by building inclusive relationships with state and local government, advocacy groups, and the public to conserve the climbing environment and educate climbers on safety and outdoor ethics.
